Spiritual Discipleship
Many women come to Breaking Free seeking spiritual guidance. They say they feel dirty and unworthy to go before God because of everything that has happened to them. They blame themselves for everything that has happened in their past but we know that before God they are a new creation. Breaking Free works with the faith community to assist churches in working with exploited/sex trafficked women and girls to help them understand the depth of how prostitution has impacted their lives. Through our partnerships with local churches, we provide opportunities for bible study, mentoring, and opportunities to attend conferences and seminars geared towards spiritual growth and discipleship.
Currently, we have committed volunteers and support from Woodland Hills Church, Eagle Brook Church, Wooddale Church, City Hill Fellowship, the Vineyard Churches, Camphor United Methodist and the United Methodist Women, St. Mark's, North Heights Lutheran Church, Waite Park Church, Plymouth Congregational, Real Life Church, Blommington Covenant and many more. For more information or to invite us to speak with your church or group please contact volunteers@breakingfree.net .
